Job Title : 10 x Multi Plumber / Carpenter roles available - Social Housing - Brent - £23.90 per hour (Umbrella)

Location : Brent, London (covering Wembley, Harlesden, Kilburn, Willesden, Neasden, Cricklewood and surrounding areas)

Pay : £23.90 per hour (Umbrella) / OR £20.59 per hour PAYE (includes holiday pay)

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hrs per week)

Contract : Temp to perm - roles will lead to permanent for right candidates

The Role

We're recruiting experienced Multi Traders (Plumber / Carpenter) for a new contract covering social housing maintenance across Brent. You'll be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in both occupied and void properties.

You don't need to be skilled in every trade - but you should have a strong background in plumbing or carpentry, with some additional multi-trade skills an advantage.

Key Duties

Plumbing and / or carpentry repairs in domestic social housing

Installing, repairing and maintaining kitchens, bathrooms, doors and fittings

Diagnosing and resolving minor maintenance issues quickly

Basic tiling, patch plastering, or decorating (preferred but not essential)

Using PDA / handheld device to log and close jobs

Providing excellent tenant service when working in homes
