SAP Business Analyst - SAP S / 4 HANA Integration

Contract - 6 Week Contract - with extension

£550 Day Rate - Outside IR35

📍 Location : Remote - occasional onsite visits - Hounslow

Start : Immediate - ASAP

We are supporting a leading global organisation who have recently implemented SAP S / 4 HANA and are now seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to map out the end-to-end integration landscape across key local & global systems. This is a high-impact, short-term assignment that will extend - suited to a BA who can quickly understand complex environments, engage with stakeholders, and produce clear, accurate systems documentation.

Responsibilities :

Partner with - Finance, IT & Supply Chain.

Take ownership of capturing, validating & documenting all Integration Points between S / 4 HANA and a broad suite of local & global tools.

Will directly form the “Systems Blueprint” used by the Architecture, IT & Business Partnering teams.

Conduct structured interviews with key system users & technical teams to understand current-state architecture.

Produce detailed Data Flow diagrams, including timings, scheduling, dependencies, and recovery / monitoring requirements.

Map integration touchpoints between SAP S / 4HANA and local / global applications.

Identify & document local deviations from central / global models.

Validate and refine the initial Architecture Diagram provided by the business.

Present the final Systems Blueprint to Business Partners and the wider project team.

Systems in Scope (not exhaustive) - SAP S / 4HANA / TM1 - Planning Analytics / SAP IBP / BW / BI / Visualfabriq

Additional local / global platforms as identified through discovery. Experience Required :

SAP Business Analyst - Strong background as a Business Analyst in large-scale or complex enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA integrations, data flows, and cross-system dependencies.

Proven ability to produce high-quality system documentation, data flow diagrams & architectural summaries.

Confidence conducting interviews, workshops & discovery sessions at pace.

Ability to challenge, validate and refine technical inputs from multiple teams.

Stakeholder Management - ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders.

Desirable to have - FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing sector experience.
