Reports To :  Volunteer Coordinator

Role Overview :

To capture photographs and video footage of activities and services run by a charity for people who are sight impaired.

Example of duties depending on skills and experience :

• Taking photographs during events off-site and in-centre
• Taking video footage during events off-site and in-centre
• Obtaining photo consent from volunteers / members
• Possible editing of content to make it suitable for website and social media outlets

Competencies :

Soft skills – Friendly, conversational, helpful and flexible to support charity service users / members and the team

Organisation – Able to prioritise and deal with a variety of tasks

Availability – a majority of our events are during weekdays

Would benefit from having access to own transport, but not essential if are Worthing based.

SSW would reimburse for reasonable expenses :
