The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, youll play a vital role in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young people can grow and thrive. Day to day, you will :

Build trusting, positive relationships with children and young people.

Support daily routines, education, and recreational activities.

Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent care and stability.

Take part in sleep-in shifts (included in salary package).
