Were currently recruiting for a Transport Manager to be based in our customer site in Eggborough, Goole. As part of this busy transport operation, youll ensure the timely and safe dispatch of drivers.

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day :

• Lead the Transport Operation always demonstrating the XPO core values
• Safe, legal compliance and efficient execution of transport operations, ensuring the network delivers SLA's / KPI's
• Collate all transport operations feedback using Plan, Do, Review plus Plan vs Actual for daily meetings with transport team
• Responsible for driver and fleet legal compliance in accordance with Operator Licencing standards
