Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Spray Coater

to join our production team. No prior experience is necessary

full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, steady hands, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Shift & Pay :

Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am

4 : 00pm

Starting pay : £12.21 per hour

(no experience required)Increase above £13 after 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities :

Operate and maintain spray coating equipment to apply finishes to various surfaces.

Prepare parts / surfaces by cleaning, masking, and priming as necessary.

Follow precise coating specifications, mixing ratios, and application techniques.

Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring uniformity and adherence to client requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and routine maintenance.

Qualifications :

No prior experience required

training provided.

Good attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards.

Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

Physical stamina and ability to lift.

Must have own transport if living outside Biggleswade.

Understanding of workplace safety procedures (training provided if necessary).

Preferred (but not essential) :

Previous experience as a Spray Coater, Painter, or in a manufacturing / production environment.

Knowledge of coating materials or application techniques.
