Accounts Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a experienced Accounts Assistant to join our electronics manufacturing client based in Swindon, SN4.

6 month FTC with potential to become Permanent

Up to £36,000 per annum

Monday-Friday 37.5 hour working weekAbout the Accounts Assistant job :

Bank reconciliation, Matching and coding invoices

Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices (AP and AR)

Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email

Liaising with internal departments to resolve finance related issuesThe right Accounts Assistant candidate :

AAT or equivalent relevant qualification

Proven accounts assistant experience within the UK, ideally in a manufacturing facility

Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and / or Oracle Hyperion
