What you will enjoy doing

• This is an exciting role which plays an instrumental part in the development and execution of our sourcing strategy as you are responsible for the maximising of supplier productivity across both hard and soft savings
• Working with the business and externally, you will be ultimately responsible for managing all aspects of our ‘best in class’ key supplier relationships. Partnering specifically with your business unit, you ensure that the goods and services supplied are delivered to the right quality, price, and delivery in the safest way
• You will keep abreast of the supplier market outlook, innovation, products, and pricing and uses their market knowledge and information to identify products and suppliers where necessary
• You will also facilitate access to supplier innovation and product development within the market
• Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to learn and leverage the global buying power that comes from being part of the Linde plc, as you collaborate and work closely with the regional and global teams sharing learnings and best practices of working
• The Procurement Manager role provides a progressive development pathway into the role of Head of Strategic Sourcing within the Procurement structure
