Rigger / Lasher

Stafforce are recruiting for Rigger / Lasher Port Operatives to work for our prestigious client based at Tilbury Docks.

Responsibilities :

• working on vessels / ships supporting the loading and unloading of containers
• you will be responsible for working in a team environment chaining and unchaining containers to the ship to secure in transit
• working as a banksman, responsible for the direction of tug drivers on ship and safety positioning of the team
• Inspect tools and equipment and report any damages
• Adhere to safety protocols + processes and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills :

Pay : £12.78-£19.60 per hour plus potential £1.50 per hour Attendance Bonus
