Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated IS Systems Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a strategic and technically skilled IS Systems Engineering Manager to lead a global team delivering automation, integration, and platform enhancement across our enterprise systems. This role is pivotal in shaping technical standards, driving architectural alignment, and enabling high-value engineering outcomes across our business applications and integration frameworks.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a team of Systems Engineers (associate to senior level)
• Shape and uphold technical standards, development practices, and delivery patterns
• Own platform-level roadmaps in collaboration with architecture and Systems Managers
• Guide configuration and enhancements across Enterprise Applications
• Drive platform / tool selection and make-vs-buy decisions
• Coordinate resource allocation and system prioritisation with PMO and BSAs
• Represent engineering in strategic cross-functional discussions
• Monitor delivery KPIs including release quality, cycle time, and system uptime
• Oversee Enterprise Architecture alignment with Group principles
• Foster collaboration between Systems Managers and Engineers on platform evolution
