The challenging role of General Manager is pivotal to the Aalco business, providing special individuals with significant rewards for success. General Managers have full ‘P&L’ responsibility for their unit including all aspects of day-to-day operations. They need a good knowledge of metal products, experience of working in a distribution industry and good 'man management' skills, combined with energy, drive, enthusiasm and initiative.
