Job Description

This is a roles in a fantastic Nursery in Bushey, with spacious indoors and outdoor space. The Nursery Setting has 4 rooms and they are currently looking for a Nursery Room Leader or Room manager. The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of Level 3 childcare Qualification. having experience as a Room Leader or Room Manager is an advantage, but if you are currently working as a Nursery Nurse and looking to progress into a Senior Nursery position, your application will also be considered. This is a full time role working 40 hours a week, with competitive salary paying up to £21,000 a year. Room Leader Duties include but not limited to :

• viewing planning sheets and record keeping of all the staff in your room
• Ensuring routines are being followed and run smoothly
• Ensuring new decisions are taken on board and maintained in the room at all times
• Ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed by all staff
• Being an excellent role model to the other staff in your room
