The Opportunity

Our client, a growing international business, is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Management Accountant to join their finance team.

This is a key role responsible for delivering accurate management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting the Finance Director and Group Financial Controller with analysis, forecasting, and process improvements. You will also play a hands-on part in preparing for year-end and audit, while helping to strengthen financial controls across the group.

It's an excellent opportunity for a part- or fully-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) looking to build their career in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts with supporting analysis.

Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate and robust.

Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis .

Support the Finance Director and Group FC with consolidated reporting.

Work closely with the AP / AR teams to ensure smooth month-end close.

Reconcile and maintain the lease schedule and other fixed asset records.
