As Meetings and Events Team Leader, you will be required to…
Streamline the operations of ten diverse event rooms, hosting a mix of corporate and leisure meetings, banquets, drinks receptions and plenty of different parties.Implement cost-effective measures to make our events experiences inspiring, for both corporate and leisure clients, without compromising on quality.Take care of client enquiries, requests and complains promptly and in a professional, on-brand way.Create a positive, enthusiastic and collaborative work environment, bringing your colleagues together into one team.Make sure schedules are efficiently crafted and tasks are carefully allocated to keep our productivity high.Stay up to date on industry standards, offering ongoing training and development to team members to make sure we’re aligned with them.Lead by example, showing your team how to demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your role.Inspire and motivate your team, keeping to our high service standards while maintaining a happy, inclusive and creativity work culture.If you share a passion for art, culture, and hospitality, art’otel is where people’s talents will feel at home.We aim to inspire guests to be creative and discover the arts; by dazzling them with sensational service; by enriching their knowledge; by encouraging their passion for art and appetite for the finer things in life.
