We are looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a prestigious manufacturing client in the

Blackburn

area.

Salary & Package

£44,000.00 - £45,000.00 DOE.

Rotating Shifts

1 week of day shift (4 shifts per week) 06 : 00

18 : 00.

1 week of night shift (4 shifts per week) 18 : 00

06 : 00.

Qualifications

Mechanical Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship.

HNC, HND or ONC in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Required

Mechanical bias.

Conducting effective preventative and reactive maintenance.

Perform tool changes.

Perform hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding.

Deal with machinery breakdowns.

Able to read engineering drawings.

Repairing equipment.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is suited for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who wants to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be required to maintain machinery, equipment and perform general maintenance around the company. You will need to work closely with the production team to ensure the factory is running at full capacity.

The right candidate will be hands-on, have the experience / knowledge & the qualifications required and want to progress in a forward-thinking company.
