As a Contact Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in being the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. What You'll Do: As a Contact Centre Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: Handling up to 70 customer calls per day, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with a friendly and positive attitude. Delivering high-quality customer service while adhering to established procedures and service levels. Using your initiative to source information and provide effective solutions for our customers. Communicating with various stakeholders, including clients and third parties, to ensure seamless service delivery.
