A new self-storage site is opening in Maldon, and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Advisor to play a key role in its success. What You’ll Be Doing :

• Customer Interaction : Be the friendly face and voice of the store – handling enquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Sales-Focused Support : Convert leads, upsell services, and meet team sales targets through excellent product knowledge and rapport building.
• Day-to-Day Operations : Keep the store clean, organised, and customer-ready.
• Admin Tasks : Process contracts, manage account queries, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Adaptability : No two days are the same – so bring your multitasking A-game!
