Credit Control Team Leader

• Managing your own ledger while coaching others to success.
• Building great relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• Driving improvements in billing processes and cash collection.
• Monitoring performance, carrying out reviews, and helping your team grow.
• Training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensuring cash targets are achieved and debtor days reduced.
• Preparing accurate forecasts, reports and KPIs.
• Overseeing statements, chasing letters, direct debits, journals, refunds and write-offs.
