The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe clean and well-presented school environment. Working closely with the Estates and Senior Leadership teams the Caretaker will ensure that the school premises are well maintained secure and fully operational at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day site maintenance repairs and basic DIY tasks.

• Ensure the security of the school site including opening and closing buildings.

• Monitor health and safety across the premises reporting and addressing issues promptly.

• Conduct regular checks of buildings grounds and equipment.

• Support with room setups for events exams and school activities.

• Liaise with contractors and support estates-related works when required.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site.
