Overview
Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically, authority is assigned on an individual shift basis.
Responsibilities
Job Duties :
- Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
- May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management
- May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on activities, in the absence of store management
- May represent management in resolving customer service issues
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education :
Minimum : High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GEDPreferred : AS Degree or HigherExperience :
Preferred : 2 or more years of previous experience in a related positionSpecial Conditions of Employment :
Drug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction / disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionCompensation
$16.00-$17.36 per hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
