The Opportunity :

Supply Desk is seeking dependable Cover Supervisors for flexible, day-to-day assignments across a selection of well-run secondary schools in Watford. This role is ideal for individuals who need flexibility in their next role or want to build experience in different school environments without committing to a long-term post.

Your Role Will Include :

Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff

Maintaining student focus and upholding school behaviour policies

Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and professionalism

Reporting back on student progress and conduct

Adapting quickly to different subjects and school settings

Being punctual, proactive, and reliable for daily placements

What We’re Looking For :

Experience working with young people in schools or youth settings

Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management

Flexibility and resilience across varied age groups and schools

Clear communication and a professional approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
