Overview
The post holder will be responsible for identifying, supporting and delivering interventions to those who highlight they have been a victim of domestic abuse. The post holder will be required to have a high level of relevant knowledge and skills, which you will use to manage, develop and care for our patients with complex vulnerabilities in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team. They will provide specialist advice and support to staff as required and will be responsible for developing and providing training on the management of domestic abuse. They will be required to work in partnership with the specialist domestic violence and abuse sector. The post holder will constantly strive to improve individual patients and their family and carers experience through the sharing of best practice and the measurement of standards of care in domestic abuse.
