If you’re a Commercial Gas Safe Engineer certified with CDGA1 and / or CIGA1 , this is your opportunity to join a purpose-driven team and make a lasting impact in the food industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Gas Safe Field Service Engineer , you'll play a critical role in maintaining, servicing, and repairing gas fired industrial food processing equipment at customer sites across the UK and Ireland. You’ll ensure gas systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with regulations — all while delivering exceptional service and support.

• Perform scheduled service, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial gas systems (CDGA1 / CIGA1)
• Respond to breakdowns, identifying faults quickly and implementing effective solutions
• Commission new gas fired systems in food processing environments
• Complete service documentation, safety checks, and compliance reports
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, solutions, and preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery
• Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture aligned with JBT Marel’s zero-accident policy
