As a Golden Experience Host , youll be the dedicated point of contact for premium guests, guiding them through their visit with warmth, confidence, and care.

Youll be their storyteller, organiser, and friendly face, helping families move seamlessly through the experience while adding subtle moments of magic that will stay with them long after they leave.

Key responsibilities include :

• Welcoming families with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Escorting them through a 4.5-hour immersive journey across a woodland world
