GSL Education is looking for a passionate 1 : 1 Teaching Assistant for a position at one of our schools in Basingstoke . In this role, you will provide tailored support to individual students, foster a love for learning, and help advance their academic progress both in one-on-one and small-group settings. 1 : 1Teaching Assistant Role :

• Assisting students in defining and reaching their academic objectives.
• Working in tandem with educators to devise and execute customised educational strategies.
• Aiding students in managing day-to-day responsibilities and tasks.
• Offering emotional reinforcement and motivation.
• Tracking student advancement and communicating updates to instructors.
• Delivering support within standard classroom environments.
• Collaborating with teachers on lesson structuring and readiness.
• Guiding students through classroom and homework assignments.
