Tax Associate

Overview

A well-established mid-sized City law firm in London is looking to hire a talented Tax lawyer to join its highly regarded and ranked Corporate practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer (NQ–4 PQE) seeking hands-on experience across a wide variety of tax matters. The role will involve advising on tax aspects of M&A and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring, and employee share schemes, providing valuable exposure to high-quality, complex work in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on tax aspects of M&A and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring, and employee share schemes.
• Provide tax support within the Corporate practice to deliver high-quality advice on complex matters.
