Role overview

We are looking for an outstanding Account Executive to join our Brand & Reputation team.

This person will be experienced in implementing campaigns that give national profile to organisations, positively impacting perceptions among consumer audiences.

We’re less concerned about where the candidate has gained their experience (although a top PR agency would be ideal), or which sectors their clients have been in. Our main focus is on ambition, tenacity, enthusiasm, curiosity and a fun attitude. We want someone hungry for success and eager to be part of a team.

MHP Group's Brand & Reputation practice was formed in 2019 through the merger of its corporate and consumer teams, reflecting clients’ evolving needs for agencies that understand complex stakeholder environments and the role of communication at the intersection of brand and reputation. We seek candidates who can support CMOs with creative marketing programs, boost sales, and pivot quickly to handle complex situations and advise business leaders on critical issues.

As an Account Executive at MHP Group, you will :

• Help lead media sell-ins and identify key opportunities, supporting managers in reactive outreach
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and media comment
• Manage day-to-day account coordination, including status reports, action plans, and meeting notes
• Build relationships with journalists and bloggers
• Identify, secure, and manage social media influencers
• Assist senior colleagues in keeping accounts on track and within budget
• Conduct research to support new business and client growth
• Be a key team member at MHP Group
