Job Title : Online Reputation Management (ORM) Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Online Reputation Management (ORM) Manager to join our team and collaborate closely with our ORM agency to manage and enhance our reputation across all relevant digital platforms.

Role Overview :

As the ORM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive online reputation strategies for both the company and designated personal profiles. This role requires hands-on management of our presence on various online channels including but not limited to Facebook, Glassdoor, Wikipedia, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

You will work closely with external ORM partners while ensuring internal alignment and swift response to reputation risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic ORM plans for both corporate and personal brand reputation.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage online mentions, reviews, and feedback across all key channels : Facebook, Glassdoor, Wikipedia, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
