Were looking for an inspiring and forward-thinking GP Clinical Director to join our Sussex-based Primary Care team, covering our Brighton and Herstmonceux sites.

As a GP Clinical Director, youll provide dynamic leadership to our multi-professional teams, supporting service development and clinical excellence. Your focus will be on creating a collaborative, patient-centred culture and driving innovation that enhances health outcomes across our communities.

Youll work closely with practice teams, salaried GPs, and divisional leadership to deliver safe, high-quality care and ensure our services remain CQC-compliant, financially sustainable, and aligned with IC24s values and strategic vision.
