Role : External Sales Manager

Location : Oxford

Pay rate / Salary : Base Salary £35k to £45k + Performance Related Bonus

Hours of Work : Monday – Friday

Type : Permanent – Office / Field based

Start Date : Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

My client is a leading Electrical Wholesaler, one of the largest in the UK. They are recruiting for an External Sales Manager in their Oxford Branch.

The Role of Sales Manager :

• Growing and increasing sales in the branch’s geographical area.
• Continuously identifying and developing new and existing business accounts.
• Developing strong customer relationships to maximize the full potential of all accounts.
• Being resilient to rejection, whether on the phone or face-to-face.
• Working as part of a team to achieve high standards of business excellence.
