Job Description

Project Coordinator (FFE)

Location : Chiswick (Riverside Studio)

Salary : £29,000 – £32,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator (FFE) to join our team and help keep projects running smoothly from order to delivery.

This is a busy, hands-on role at the heart of our operations. You’ll be coordinating orders, updating systems, chasing suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensuring accurate information flows across the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in getting the details right, this could be the role for you.

Who we are?

We are an international interior design and procurement studio with over 40 years’ experience delivering high-end projects across hospitality, residential, and aviation sectors. Headquartered in London, we have a strong and growing presence in the Middle East – particularly within the Gulf – as well as ongoing projects across Europe and North Africa. We collaborate with top-tier operators, developers, consultants, and high-net-worth clients.

What you’ll be doing

Keeping the Fohlio order system up to date for every order you manage.

Uploading shipping documents and recording material receipts from freight forwarders.

Acting as the go-to contact for suppliers and freight forwarders, ensuring accurate information is shared quickly and correctly.

Supporting the team by escalating issues that need senior attention.

Delivering first-class administrative support to keep projects on track.

What we’re looking for

2–3 years’ experience in administration, project coordination, or equivalent transferable skills.

A confident communicator with excellent people skills – you’ll be working closely with suppliers, colleagues, and freight forwarders every day.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Able to stay calm under pressure and manage competing deadlines.

Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools (experience with Fohlio is an advantage).

Positive, adaptable, and reliable – a true team player.

What’s in it for you

A varied role in a fast-paced international business.

The opportunity to grow your skills and progress your career.

Supportive colleagues who value teamwork and collaboration.

Involvement in exciting projects with real impact.
