Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing :

• Drive growth by building strong stakeholder relationships with a network of medium and large partners.
• Attend virtual and in-person events / meetings to cultivate relationships with paraplanners, administrators, and advisers.
• Promote Guardian’s brand, values and products by delivering engaging presentations to enhance awareness, interest and opportunities within the Life and Health Protection insurance industry.
• Drive new and incremental premium income by attending adviser meetings both virtually and in person.
• Focus on business development and commercial activities, including high-volume outbound calls and client meetings to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to enhance customer experiences and support ongoing development of the Guardian brand in the London area.
• Work with Sales Management, Risk and Compliance teams to identify, mitigate, and document distribution risks in alignment with Guardian’s processes and procedures.
• Monitor trends, threats, and opportunities within the Life and Health Protection market to support proposition development and market positioning.
