Food Production Operative

Pay : £14.69-£16.52 per hour

Job Description :

New Recruits are looking for Food Production Operatives to join our prestigious client based in Bicester.

Various shifts available :

6AM - 2PM

2PM -10PM

10PM - 6AM

Key Activities & Responsibilities :

• ensuring that products are manufactured to the required specification and standards,
• operating and maintaining production line equipment,
• upholding high levels of hygiene and safety within the fast-paced food production environment.
• Working to and following the production recipes, systems and procedures ensuring product quality, food safety and legality are maintained
• Ensure that all equipment checks are completed and cleaned during and post production Correct care and safe use of all company equipment is adhered to at all times
• To ensure cleanliness are and hygiene are maintained, observing “clean as you go policy” to be followed
• Cooking / mixing large and small batches of products which will need physical manual stirring, mixing and monitoring
• Will involve some lifting and there is bending, stretching and standing depending on the task allocated
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions
• Have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and adhere to them at all times
