Pay: £13.81 per hour (Bank Hours: up to £15.74)

Your Role

• Provide warm, person-centred care for our residents
• Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
• Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events
• Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents well-being is always the top priority

Essential Criteria

• Experience as a carer for older people
• A kind, patient, and understanding nature
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
