M&E Surveyor

The Leeds office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical bias M&E Condition Surveyor to join the team for a period of approximately 8-9 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking detailed mechanical building services condition surveys for supermarkets, producing high-quality reports and asset data, and supporting the wider team with accurate and insightful technical assessments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive condition surveys of mechanical building services systems (e.g. HVAC, hot and cold-water services, plant rooms, etc.)
• Prepare clear and concise condition survey reports, including photographic evidence, lifecycle recommendations, and budget costings
• Evaluate and identify risks, deficiencies, and compliance issues relating to current mechanical systems
• Capture and input asset data using tablets or survey software as required
