As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be at the heart of developing, optimising, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes that ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence. You will lead projects from concept through to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, lean methodologies, and innovation, this role offers you the chance to make a tangible impact on both performance and profitability.

Reporting directly to the Quality and Technical Manager, you will be entrusted with driving forward manufacturing solutions, standardising instructions, and ensuring our processes are aligned with best practice and industry innovation.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and deliver efficient manufacturing solutions for a wide range of products.

Standardise and control all manufacturing instructions to ensure conformity and efficiency.

Ensure machine capability, correct tooling, and fixtures are in place to support production.
