About the role :

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to both teachers and pupils, ensuring lessons run smoothly and that every child has the opportunity to succeed. Your responsibilities will include :

Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.

Working one-to-one and with small groups of pupils, including those with additional or special educational needs.

Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children's social and emotional development.

Assisting in the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials.

Promoting independence, confidence, and enthusiasm for learning.

Helping to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
