1st Select are currently working in partnership with a Consultancy who have won a considerable sized contract in and around The Midlands.

We are currently looking for 4 Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties throughout The Midlands.

Requirements for this role :

• Knowledge of using handheld devices (Tablet PC)
• HHSRS Experience
• Stock Condition surveying experience
• RDSAP Experience

This is a 3 month contract contract with the possibility of leading on work!
