Pay : £1700 - £2100 per month

Temp to PermA primary school based in Kensington and Chelsea are looking for a teaching assistant to join a KS2 classroom as soon as possible with the view to go permanent throughout the academic year. The successful candidate will be joining the schools established SEN department to assist a student with mild ASD in a 1 : 1 role. Your main responsbility will be to enhance the pupils learning either individually away from the class in sensory rooms and quiet areas of the school or as a group.

The school is a lovely modern building that was recently renevated during the pandemic and has great facilities to assist SEN students. This year they are almost at full capacity with 2 classrooms per year group ranging from EYFS up to Year 6. You will be joining a school that focuses on a set of shared values that help the students to work co-operatively and with respect. Positivity, diversity,honesty, harmony and friendship are important to all pupils, staff and parents at the school.
