Following an imminent acquisition, the successful candidate will have take ownership of financial operations and be a trusted partner to the business. Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly management accounts and variance analysis.Ensure robust balance sheet reconciliations and compliance with accounting policies.
