Associate Director – Transaction Services

London | £95,000 – £115,000 + £5,500 car allowance + 10–15% bonus

This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading Transaction Advisory Services team, working across Private Equity, Corporates, Financial Services, and Capital Markets. You’ll be leading complex deals, guiding clients through critical decisions, and shaping the future of the practice.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Leading multiple, complex Transaction Services engagements.
  • Utilise your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with various clients or sector-specific clients.
  • Developing and maintaining senior client relationships.
  • Driving business development and shaping new propositions.
  • Coaching and developing junior talent within the team.
  • Providing strategic, data-driven insights to help clients unlock value.

    • What we’re looking for :

  • ACA (or equivalent) with significant Transaction Services / Deal Advisory experience.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex projects end-to-end.
  • Strong exposure to Private Equity and Corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams.
