Job descriptionPrepare and advise on tender documentation required to enable comprehensive tender submissions to be returned from market Responsible for all cost control procedures, including managing and controlling the budget and valuations by always updating the estimated final costs, and having the ability to show absolute cost and value reconciliation. Must be able to control all commercial tasks and responsibilities on large sites. Contribute to the conceptual designs / options to ensure the design is kept within the budgeted values.

Job description
The role will have the commercial and surveying responsibilities for large sites and will have clear targets to be met for each site. COINS is the current system used and they are looking for someone with the aptitude to embrace this system.
