We are in search for a (Senior) Technical Expert.

As a Technical Expert you ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality and on‑time technical support and will primarily be responsible for handling Technical Requests received from customers and internally.

This position can work hybrid and with the opportunity to travel as per the needs of the role. The preferred location is Schiedam, Netherlands, however other Central European locations (Gdańsk, Hamburg, UK) can be considered.

What you will do :

• Manage and actively participate in the group for "Root‑Cause Analysis"
• Contribute to product improvement processes for 4‑Stroke products
• Follow the relevant specialist environment - both internally and externally - through literature, research and contact with other businesses
• Attend customer meetings and seminars in cooperation with our Service Sales Department
• Provide specialist expertise through internal product training (internal staff)
• Work in close cooperation with the partner teams within Technical Services. Close cooperation exists amongst these teams to enable efficient and world‑class support.
