Brand Relationship Manager

We're on the hunt for a Brand Relationship Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll act as the link between suppliers and retailers, ensuring brand presence is maximised, stock flows seamlessly, and consumer demand is not just met but anticipated.

What You'll Be Doing :

Developing and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless brand representation from warehouse to shop floor

Driving brand visibility through impactful product placement, visual merchandising, and availability across multiple retail channels

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to uphold brand integrity and consistency at every customer touchpoint

Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to shape strategies that keep our brands ahead of the curve

Using data-driven insights to anticipate demand, manage stock levels effectively, and avoid out-of-stock situations while minimising excess inventory

Monitoring product performance and providing stakeholders with actionable insights on sales trends, stock rotation, and promotional effectiveness

What We're Looking For :

Experience in the cosmetics / beauty sector

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and influence both suppliers and retailers

A proactive, results-driven approach with sharp commercial acumen

Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple brands, accounts, and projects simultaneously

A passion for staying ahead of beauty, retail, and consumer trends

Job Title : Brand Relationship Manager

Location : Bracknell

Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
