As a Duty Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel each day. Acting as Manager on Duty, you will be the first point of contact for guest enquiries and operational needs, while supporting and guiding the wider team. With a balance of leadership, attention to detail and forward thinking, you will uphold Nobu’s standards of luxury, warmth and crafted hospitality.

What We’re Looking For
You bring at least one year’s experience as a Duty Manager in a similar sized luxury hotel. You are confident using OPERA or similar reservation systems and thrive in a role where multitasking, clear communication and leadership are key. With a calm and proactive approach, you inspire those around you, resolve challenges with ease, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable Nobu experience.Able to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern - 8am - 8pm.
