Business & Economics Teacher — Location : Redbridge — Start Date : October half term

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business & Economics Teacher to join a highly regarded, faith-based secondary school and sixth form in East London. The school is known for its strong community ethos, high academic standards, and a supportive environment where both staff and students are encouraged to achieve their best. The school provides a broad and balanced curriculum with a particular emphasis on developing young people into confident, ambitious, and responsible citizens. The role

• Deliver engaging and challenging Business & Economics lessons across KS4 and KS5
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve excellent outcomes
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and pastoral support
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote best practice across the department

The ideal candidate will have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A proven track record of teaching Business & Economics at secondary level

A valid DBS registered on the Update Service

Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to plan creative, inspiring lessons

Strong communication and classroom management skills

A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
