SAP FICO / Project Systems (PS) Consultant - Remote

Overview

DXC Technology is a global IT services leader delivering excellence for customers and colleagues. The role sits within the UK & Ireland part of the DXC SAP Business Group. We are a remote, business-first organization; this role will require client visits. Due to the nature of our client accounts, Security Clearance is required and, to obtain this for you, you must be a sole British National who has resided and worked in the UK consecutively for the last 5 years. We are unable to consider dual nationals currently.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with a varied customer base providing advice and support around FICO SAP configuration and business processes.
• Support and liaise with corresponding client teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and support clients to meet contractual obligations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build effective working relationships with colleagues, as well as internal and external customers.
• Deliver customer change by gathering and analysing requirements, defining, validating, and designing solutions.
• Translate requirements into estimates and functional specifications, detailing SAP configuration, ABAP changes, and security requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Establish implementation / cutover plans and educate for ongoing support.
• Occasionally participate in short-term projects providing support for FICO-related activities.
