Overview

Job Title : Registered Home Manager (wide range of experience considered)

Salary : £48,000 - £58,000 DOE plus 15% SMART objectives-based bonus paid quarterly

Hours : Full Time

Location : Sleaford, NG34 9PL

Responsibilities

To achieve Jasmine's Mission and Aims in the home you manage by developing, motivating, and improving the wellbeing of your team
Ensure all residents are provided with the highest standards of care and that the home is fully compliant
Ensure the home is full at all times

Requirements

Essential

Minimum of 6 months experience as a Home Manager of a residential / nursing home or 2 years as a Supernumerary Deputy Manager

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse)

Full Driving Licence

Computer literacy (email, Excel, Word)

Must live within 30 minutes drive (per Google Maps)

Preferred

Two years experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home

NVQ Level 7 in Health & Social Care

About Jasmine

St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home is located in the village of Ewerby (5 miles east of Sleaford). The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents. The Home Manager is supported by a Clinical Lead and a largely Supernumerary Deputy Manager.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : top quartile market salaries

Annual pay rises up to 20% plus cost of living increases

Bonus : 15% of salary based on SMART objectives, paid quarterly

Development Plan to progress to Regional Support Manager

Management team support from Clinical Lead and Supernumerary Deputy

On-call : weekends off

CQC-related incentives : up to £4,900 for Good inspections and up to £9,800 for Outstanding inspections

CQC Registration Bonus : £1,000

Holiday : 33 days incl. Bank Holidays
