As a Relief Plant Supervisor , you'll be the go-to expert, keeping our batching plants running at peak performance while maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee concrete / mortar production to meet customer needs and company standards

Operate batching plant with precision and care

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections

Manage stock levels and incoming materials

Ensure environmental compliance (waste, water, dust)

Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and security

Support winter operations and plant shutdown procedures

Handle customer enquiries professionally

Collaborate with the District Operations Manager on escalated issues

Ensure accurate documentation and ticketing (CRDF forms, material receipts
