We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Senior Bid Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor, based in their Manchester office. This is a pivotal role focused on securing high-value, landmark commercial construction projects across the North West.

Your New Role

As Senior Bid Manager, you will take full ownership of the bid lifecycle for key opportunities. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver compelling, successful tenders. Your key responsibilities will include :

Driving bid strategy and developing innovative win themes for major commercial projects.

Leading the entire bid process, from initial opportunity qualification through to tender submission and negotiation.

Managing and mentoring bid teams to produce high-quality, persuasive tender documents.

Acting as the key point of contact for clients and consultants during the procurement process.

Converting second-stage and framework opportunities into live, contracted projects.
